Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver visually appealing, functional, and scalable digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. - Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Design high-quality, pixel-perfect UI aligned with brand guidelines. - Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user journey analysis. - Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components. - Ensure responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Continuously improve products based on user feedback and analytics. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices. Required Skills: - 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design. - Expert proficiency in Figma. - Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Experience designing responsive interfaces and design systems. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, AI products, or eCommerce applications. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend design constraints. - Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines. - Experience with prototyping, animations, and micro-interactions. Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh) .
