The ideal candidate must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside advanced drafting capabilities. In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, handle visitor relations, and take active ownership of corporate correspondence, including drafting professional emails, memos, reports, and official notices. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.Direct visitors to the appropriate department, person, or meeting room.Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls using professional phone etiquette.Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.Monitor front-office security protocols by issuing visitor badges and tracking logbooks.Drafting & Corporate Communication Draft, proofread, and edit high-quality business correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.Prepare and format official internal announcements, meeting minutes, and corporate notices.Respond independently to routine client and public inquiries via email with impeccable grammar and tone.Assist management in drafting administrative reports, forms, and service agreements.Review and edit outgoing front-office documentation to ensure it matches company brand guidelines.Administrative Support Manage, sort, and distribute incoming daily mail, packages, and couriers.Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and book conference rooms.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary drafting for executives.Track and reorder front-office inventory and office supplies as needed.Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for administrative records.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation & Experience Education: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 13 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a corporate client-facing role.Technical & Professional Skills Drafting Capabilities: Advanced written English skills with a deep understanding of corporate email etiquette, formatting, syntax, and punctuation.Verbal Communication: Clear, confident, and polite speaking skills with strong active listening abilities.Software Proficiency: High competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Multitasking: Ability to manage a busy switchboard while completing typing or drafting assignments with high accuracy.Discretion: High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle confidential company and client data discreetlyPay: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedHealth insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
