The role focuses on managing the people side of change, ensuring stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working. This position requires a strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead change management activities for process transformation and business improvement initiatives. - Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies, and stakeholder impacts. - Develop and execute communication, engagement, and change adoption strategies. - Design and deliver training, awareness sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs. - Partner with business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of changes. - Develop stakeholder engagement plans and manage resistance through proactive interventions. - Establish change readiness assessments and monitor adoption metrics and KPIs. - Support process standardization, automation, operating model transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Facilitate governance forums, leadership updates, and change network activities. - Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure sustainability of implemented changes. Requirements - Develop and execute change management strategies with 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Process Transformation, Business Transformation, Transition, or Project Management. - Apply strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.). - Utilize experience leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives. - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Drive user adoption and business readiness in complex environments using proven ability. - Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities. Valuable to Have - Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. - Hold Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
