Job Description THE POSITION: We are seeking a skilled scientific content designer to support the Global Medical Affairs team in delivering high quality and value driven services to clients. This individual will be responsible for the creation of engaging medical content based on client requirements and inputs from the medical content development team at EVERSANA. This role will support the development and creation of innovative and impactful medical content for multiple clients. Creation support will include medical information scientific response documents, frequently asked questions, brochures/newsletters, infographics, scientific posters, abstracts, manuscripts, medical training slide decks, medical science liaison slide decks, videos, etc. The key focus will also be assisting with developing templates and style guides and creating innovative graphical content, including interactive PDFs, infographics, and digitally friendly content. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: - Plays a key role in supporting Global Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Medical Communication, and Medical Content Development teams in delivering high-quality content for clients requiring medical content development services. - Provides graphic design support for medical and scientific materials related to Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Medical Communications. This includes, but is not limited to, Scientific Response Documents (SRDs), Interactive SRDs, Newsletters, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), slide decks, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and educational/training resources for prospective clients. - Collaborates closely with medical writers and the content development team to ensure client graphic design requirements are met efficiently and effectively. - Assists content developers in creating and updating SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides, and other guidance documents as needed. - Supports leadership and management in developing innovative posters, flyers, and slide decks for presentation at congresses and conferences such as DIA. - Stays knowledgeable of industry best practices and supports the leadership team in evaluating and implementing new technologies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality of materials developed. - Works collaboratively with other medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA. - Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. - All other duties as assigned Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state and local laws, it is the policy of EVERSANA to provide reasonable accommodation when requested by an employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship for EVERSANA. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. Education - Bachelors degree in sciences, complemented by a certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma in Graphic Design or Fine Arts. - Language: English.
