The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, enclosures, and mounting solutions for IoT-based products while ensuring quality, functionality, and manufacturability. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop mechanical enclosures and mounting solutions for IoT devices. * Create 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar CAD software. * Prepare engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation. * Collaborate with Electronics, Firmware, Production, and Vendor teams throughout the product development lifecycle. * Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production activities. - Resolve manufacturing, assembly, and design-related issues. * Ensure products meet quality, reliability, safety, and environmental standards. * Participate in design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills * Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. * 12 years of experience in mechanical design and product development. * Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent tools. * Knowledge of sheet metal design, plastic molding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. * Understanding of product lifecycle management and engineering documentation. * Experience in IoT, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or Embedded Product industries is preferred.
