We're Hiring || Process Trainer (Indore) Process: BFSI Industry Shifts: Rotational Shift (Flexible to support Mexico & Brazil operations) Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs Location - Indore Education - Graduation (Minimum) Responsibilities: Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment. Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes. Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Fraud Operations Credit Card Services Fraud Prevention & Detection Chargebacks & Disputes Risk & Compliance Operations Payment Processing Operations Key Responsibilities: Deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs. Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions. Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners. - One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including: Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations. Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids. Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules. Managing content governance and version control. Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments.
