Role Description The Senior Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi , responsible for leading and executing field service activities for diesel generators. This position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for a wide range of generator capacities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation at client locations. The Senior Services Engineer will plan and coordinate service visits, perform root-cause analysis of technical issues, provide on-site technical support, and guide junior service technicians. The role includes preparing service reports, advising clients on best practices for equipment care, and collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to improve service processes. The Senior Services Engineer will also support emergency response calls, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
