Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead and drive revenue growth across The Maison Worlds fragrance, beauty, and experience offerings by identifying recent business opportunities and nurturing relationships with luxury salons, clinics, wellness centers, and hospitality partners. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, and negotiating partnerships aligned with the brands standards of distinction. The role involves overseeing key accounts, tracking performance against targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive client experiences. The Sales Manager will also mentor sales team members, maintain deep knowledge of product lines and brand narratives, and represent The Maison World at events and client meetings. Proven experience in luxury sales, business development, or account management, preferably within beauty, fragrance, hospitality, or wellness sectors. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage high-end partners and clients. Competence in sales planning, pipeline management, and data-driven performance tracking, including use of CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to convey brand values and create memorable client experiences. Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance oversight, and collaboration across functions. Customer-centric mindset with a refined understanding of luxury service standards and experience design. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; .
