About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during deployment and post-deployment phases of Ripiks products. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned developers, ensuring smooth transition from implementation to value realization. Key Responsibilities Interface between Customer and Ripiks Technical Team ( Hardware / Software & Data Science Team) Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
