Your responsibilities will encompass understanding and implementing brand guidelines, planning and executing offline events, collaborating with the in-house marketing agency, devising marketing calendars, and organising events to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities Brand Guideline Adherence: Develop a deep understanding of Tata Motors brand identity, values, and guidelines. Ensure all marketing activities align with the established brand standards and ethos. Offline Event Planning Strategise and execute offline events to showcase Tata Motors cars and service offers. Collaborate with event management teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing events. Collaboration With In-House Marketing Agency Work closely with the in-house marketing agency to develop creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Leverage their expertise to generate quality leads and enhance brand identity on social media platforms and Google searches. Monthly Marketing Calendar & Budget Develop a comprehensive monthly marketing calendar that addresses the current lead requirements and car availability. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets. Plan monthly marketing budgets for both offline and online activities. On Ground Events Organise events to expand brand visibility and reach new customer segments. Strategise these events to generate offline quality leads and foster customer engagement outside of traditional markets. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in marketing roles within the automotive industry for minimum 3-6 years Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team. Willingness to travel to oversee marketing events and initiatives across various locations. Proficiency in data analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and SEO. Additional Information- Interview process- 2-3 rounds(Face to Face only) .
