Handling all the PAN India Distributors Effectively. To handhold the Team Current and current adds towards training and Product briefing. Aling for regular skill enhancement training to Sales team and Service Team and also Distributors. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, prioritizing features, writing product requirements, and monitoring performance to ensure the product aligns with business goals and meets customer needs. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities. Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing features and managing the product backlog. Managing meetings with Affiliates. marketing and pricing strategies, develop go-to-market plans, and support sales and channel partners.
