Role Description The Personal Loan Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Washim. The person in this role will assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate personal loan options, explain loan terms and conditions, and guide applicants through the documentation and approval process. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective borrowers, collecting and verifying required information, coordinating with lending partners, and tracking applications from initiation to disbursement. The Personal Loan Specialist will also follow up with clients, address queries, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external financial institutions to deliver timely and reliable service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, explaining loan products clearly, and handling questions professionally.Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to build trust, provide ongoing support, and maintain long-term client connections.Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and analytical skills to assess client needs, review loan eligibility, and interpret key financial information.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software and digital tools for data entry, record keeping, and communication.Relevant experience in banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or loan processing will be beneficial.A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Washim, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards is essential. .
