Responsibilities : - Act as an L3 escalation point for complex issues across LAN, routing, Wi-Fi, DHCP, IPAM, and Cisco ISE. - Responsible for managing action plans and future requests, including automation initiatives. - Troubleshoot advanced LAN and routing solutions in campus and branch environments. - Lead issue resolution involving wireless networks, including controller configurations, SSIDs, and client access problems. - Manage and fine-tune IPAM and DHCP configurations, ensuring high availability and proper IP allocations. - Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco ISE policies related to authentication, profiling, and posture assessment. - Use Splunk to correlate network events, analyze logs, and support root cause analysis. - Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams on network projects and upgrades. - Provide guidance and technical leadership to L1.5/L2 support teams. - Document solutions, create and maintain SOPs, and contribute to knowledge base .
