Job Description: Role Purpose: To drive channel partner (CP) activation and sourcing in ROM markets like Solapur, Latur, Ahmednagar, Satara, Aurangabad & Osmanabad while also attending customer site visits on weekends or as scheduled. Work Allocation: CP Sourcing & Outreach - 80% CP meetings, Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners. Planning and executing roadshows for CPs. Lead Calling & Site Visits - 20% Call hot leads, schedule & attend weekend walk-ins, explain the project, and coordinate with closures. Key Responsibilities: Task - Visit CPs across ROM Market 6+ CPs/day. Share pricing and onboard CPs via CRM100+ CPs in 30 days. Push for lead generation through CPs810 site visits/week via CP. Call qualified leads (inbound + CP-referred)1520/day. Attend weekend site visits, and assist sales closers 36/week. Maintain daily call + CP tracker100% CRM logging. Candidate ProfileMust Haves: Criteria and Requirements - DomainWorked with builder/mandate firm in CP sourcing role. Area familiarity & market knowledgeStrong local knowledge of both East & West Pune micro-markets. Required to be constantly updated about the micro-market and gather market information/knowledge through personal contacts. People SkillsComfortable with 3040 stakeholder calls/day (CPs + buyers). LanguagesMarathi (preferred), Hindi, and English. Tech ToolsCRM (basic), Excel/Google Sheets. MobilityMust have a two-wheeler with a valid license. Travel Reimbursement: 1.
