Capacity strategy and Market Development Required Qualifications - 710 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles. Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships. Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations. Robust commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through. Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required.
