Job Title: Automation Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team for a new Accounts Automation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting and finance processes.Key Responsibilities Analyze existing accounting and financial processes to identify automation opportunities. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA and automation tools. Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. Develop reusable automation components and maintain technical documentation. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes to ensure reliability and performance. Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities for automation solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and financial regulations. Provide support during implementation and post-deployment phases. Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative automation approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Engineering, RPA development, or process automation .Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms .Knowledge of accounting and finance processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting .Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, C#, VBA, SQL, or equivalent) .Experience working with databases and API integrations .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications RPA certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, etc. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally integration s.Exposure to AI/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is an added advantage.
