Primary Responsibilities: Configure, support, and maintain Infor Financials & Supply Management (FINSCM) applications and related modulesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Supply Chain processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable FINSCM solutionsSupport Financial Management modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Asset ManagementSupport Supply Management modules including Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing,Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Inventory ManagementConfigure business processes, workflows, approvals, and security within Infor Landmark and FINSCM applicationsTroubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutionsParticipate in system testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production validationSupport data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities during implementations and upgradesAssist with integration monitoring and issue resolution involving Infor OS, IPA, APIs, and third-party systemsSupport application upgrades, enhancements, maintenance activities, security, and access managementMonitor support queues for urgent requests and ticket assignments and provide timely updates to stakeholdersWork directly with clients, business users, and technical teams to document requirements and expected outcomesCreate and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration workbooks, and training materialsParticipate in continuous process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for Finance and Supply Chain operationsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience4+ years of experience working with Infor Financials & Supply Management (FINSCM)Experience supporting one or more FINSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Contract Management, or Inventory ManagementHands-on experience with Infor Landmark architecture and FINSCM configurationExperience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production supportUnderstanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes and best practicesExposure to Infor OS, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), and system integrationsProven solid analytical and problem-solving skillsProven excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow in a dynamic enterprise application environmentWillingness to work in US business hours At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
