HR Executive to manage both Recruitment (40%) and Employee Relations (60%) activities. Recruitment (40%) Understand hiring requirements from different departments. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database. Employee Relations (60%) Handle employee engagement activities. Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns. Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR policies. Assist in performance management and employee retention initiatives. Requirements Female candidates only. 1.8 TO 2 years of experience in HR. Good understanding of recruitment and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office and job portals.
