Techno-Functional Consultant - With Experience (Uttar Pradesh)

Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities - Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, Other Business Applications - Meet with Client-side team members such as decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements, do the business process mapping, and document all the requirements in detail without any ambiguity. - Able to do a Gap analysis between the client requirements and VERTS Solutions such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications. - Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. - Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects. - Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers. - Planning and Collaborate with technical team to design solutions based on client's business requirements - Create in-depth implementation plans and implementation schedules for the development, testing teams customers. - Collaborate and communicate with technical team to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery - Keep the project within the scope, identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work addendums. - Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. - Uses ITPM Agile methodology effectively when performing all tasks. - End-user Training Post Implementation helpdesk support for clients facing technical or functional issues with the software - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VERTS Systems such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
