They are seeking a technically reputed company AI & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of their Concierge Agent Program, managing the tech stack for gym clients and continuously identifying opportunities to automate and improve operations. Responsibilities Create new subaccounts for gym clients in GHL Complete A2P/10DLC SMS verification for reputed company new account Build and configure reputed company reputed company pages based on gym brand and offer Set up pipelines, automations, tags, and contact workflows Coordinate directly with gym owners to reputed company brand assets and campaign details QA reputed company subaccount configurations before reputed company live Set up and configure AI chatbots in AppointWise for reputed company new gym reputed company Customize chatbot prompting to match the gym brand voice, offer, and reputed company audience reputed company the chatbot with the reputed company GHL subaccount Test reputed company chatbot flows and ensure they reputed company conversations correctly Maintain and update chatbots as gym offers or messaging change reputed company reputed company reputed company GHL setup to the Hot Prospector dialer system Configure reputed company routing so inbound leads reputed company correctly into the reputed company center queue Troubleshoot integration issues between GHL, AppointWise, and Hot Prospector Ensure reputed company center agents have correct data and reputed company context in Hot Prospector Proactively identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies across the business Build and reputed company automations using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Document reputed company automations reputed company and maintain an automation registry Propose AI-powered solutions for sales, fulfillment, and reputed company communication workflows Report findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular reputed company Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Concierge Agent Program Train new hires from other departments on how the concierge program works during reputed company Create and maintain reputed company video walkthroughs of reputed company major processes Update training materials whenever tools or workflows change Skills Strong background in reputed company (everything is reputed company here) Must have experience with A2P verification, building reputed company pages in GHL and setting up new sub-accounts Strong reputed company of AI tools and automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Proficiency in building reputed company, multi-reputed company workflows and integrations Experience working in a marketing agency environment Excellent written English communication for reputed company coordination reputed company reputed company and email Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently AppointWise or other AI chatbot platforms Hot Prospector or similar dialer/CRM tools Background in fitness industry or gym marketing (a plus, not required) Benefits 100% remote work reputed company, long-term role in a fast-growing US-based agency Work with cutting-edge AI and automation technology reputed company processes, documented systems, and reputed company culture that rewards performers reputed company time off / holidays Competitive compensation based on experience and location reputed company We hire, recruit, and train high-level virtual assistants for your gym so you don't have to.
