Job Title: Software Sales Executive Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years Location: Pune (Kothrud) Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Software Sales Executive with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in software or IT solution sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's software products and services. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market research. - Present, promote, and sell software products and solutions to prospective clients. - Understand client business needs and propose suitable software solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings with clients. - Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements. - Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities. - Coordinate with internal teams such as pre-sales, technical, and support for smooth client onboarding and implementation. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Update CRM systems with sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication records. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3 to 4 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solution sales. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of software products, business applications, or SaaS-based solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
