Job Description Key Responsibilities: Visit customers with overdue loan accounts and collect pending EMIs. Build rapport with customers and encourage timely repayments. Conduct field visits to customers' residences or workplaces, as per company policy. Explain repayment options and assist customers in resolving overdue accounts. Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and payment commitments. Follow all RBI guidelines and company's Code of Conduct while carrying out recovery activities, ensuring respectful and ethical treatment of customers. Eligibility: Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate Experience: 02 years in collections, recovery, or field sales Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Skills Required: Robust negotiation and persuasion skills Customer handling ability Basic smartphone and mobile app usage Time management and record-keeping Target-oriented approach Compensation: 16,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Perks: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
