Mainframe iSeries Operations Lead

Required Technical and Professional Expertise: 7+ Yrs Experience and Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries (IBM i OS) and system operations.Strong experience in Mainframe Operations (z/OS, JCL), Batch Processing, Console Ops, and iSeriesKnowledge of enterprise infrastructure support and LPAR environmentsExperience with scheduling tools (Control-M, CA7, TWS)Hands-on experience with ITSM/Remedy and incident management processesStrong SLA management and operational governance knowledgeProven ability to lead Sev1/Sev2 incidents and SWAT callsExperience managing 24x7 production support teamsExcellent customer communication and stakeholder managementStrong documentation, reporting, and RCA capabilitiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA tracking Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent practical experienceExperience with an ITIL driven service organizationSix Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications .
