About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of skilled experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications across the entire development lifecyclefrom backend API design to front-end UI integration. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Design and build interactive, mobile-responsive user interfaces using React.js, up-to-date CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap), and Redux/Context API for state management. Backend & API Design: Architect and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js with JWT authentication and middleware. Database Management: Design database schemas, write aggregation pipelines, and optimize queries in MongoDBusing Mongoose ORM.
