Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 35 Years Work Mode: On-site (5 Days/Week) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (Bangalore-based) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions, seamlessly bridging front-end user experiences with robust back-end systems. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments, love building products from scratch, and are ready to take ownership of application architecture and delivery, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy high-performance web (and potentially mobile) applications from architecture to production.Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on multiple application prototypes to evaluate new concepts and prove product viability quickly.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between product managers, UI/UX designers, and business leaders to drive consensus and translate vision into functional software.System Architecture: Build, scale, and optimize Node.js microservices/REST APIs alongside responsive React front-end interfaces.Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality, application responsiveness, data security, and seamless integration with third-party APIs and databases. Key Requirements Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in full-stack web application development.Must-Have Startup Experience: Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with high ownership.End-to-End Ownership: Must have handled application development responsibilities for at least one application end-to-end (from technical design to deployment).Stakeholder Management: Must have managed multiple stakeholders (product, design, business operations) during the development lifecycle.Prototyping: Must have built multiple application prototypes to solve complex problem statements.Location & Availability: Must be currently based in Bangalore and available to join immediately.
