You will turn an evaluation engine into usable software: a test runner, a lightweight SDK for other engineering teams, reporting dashboards, and CI/CD integration. Responsibilities - > Build and maintain the test runner and the plug-in SDK that agent teams use to onboard their agents. > Develop reporting and dashboard interfaces that present evaluation results clearly. > Integrate the platform with CI/CD pipelines so failing quality gates block deployments. > Build and maintain APIs connecting the evaluation engine, data stores, and front-end. > Collaborate with evaluation and operations engineers to ship a cohesive product. Required qualifications - > 3+ years of full-stack development experience. > Strong Python and a modern frontend framework (React or similar). > Experience building REST APIs, dashboards, and CI/CD integrations. > Working knowledge of cloud services (Google Cloud preferred). If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
