In this role, youll work across WordPress and headless environments (Strapi CMS + React/Next.js) , developing scalable web solutions that power global digital campaigns and products. What Youll Do Develop and maintain custom WordPress sites, themes, and plugins (not theme-based). Build and optimize React/Next.js front-ends connected to Strapi CMS and various APIs. Architect and implement secure, scalable back-end solutions with Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs. Integrate APIs and automate workflows across CMS and other tools. Monitor and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and data teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences. Stay up to date with emerging technologies in front-end frameworks and CMS ecosystems. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development - Must. Proven hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins) - Must. Experience with Strapi CMS, React, and Next.js - Must. Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices. A get things done attitude, solid ownership, and a passion for building high-quality web products. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment .
