CGWA & Water Meter Executive

Balaji Rowt Private Limited (ROWT) runs two business lines: CGWA Compliance (water meters, piezometers, audits, NOC renewals, AMC) and PDW Packaged Drinking Water products (preforms, caps, LD shrink film, jars). We're expanding our core team and building a small, accountable group where every role owns clear numbers, not just tasks. About the Role Own CGWA compliance, water meter (WM) and piezometer (PZ) operations end-to-end installation scheduling, recharge, calibration, monitoring and AMC renewals for our CGWA Compliance line. Freshers are genuinely welcome here; we'll train you on the compliance workflow and CRM. What You'll Do Schedule and track water meter and piezometer installation, recharge, calibration and AMC renewal so nothing lapses Send CGWA audit reminders and NOC renewal notices; collect required documentation from customers Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and a PAN-India water meter & piezometer database in our CRM Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews and renewals What We're Looking For Freshers welcome 02 years' experience in compliance, utilities, AMC/service coordination, or customer operations is a plus but not required Comfortable learning to work in a CRM and with MS Excel/Google Sheets Strong follow-up discipline and clear phone/email communication Willingness to coordinate closely with our service technician on scheduling How to Apply Send your resume to info@rowt.in (mention the role title in the subject line), or walk in at Balaji Rowt Private Limited, Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Assam.
