Talent Acquisition Executive Location: New Hope Fertility, IVF & Research Centre / Samarpan Diagnostic Centre Department: Human Resources Experience: 0-1 Years Salary (CTC): 20,000 25,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented End-to-End Recruitment to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions across various departments. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback. Prepare offer letters and support the joining process. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Experience hiring for healthcare, hospitals, or diagnostic centres will be preferred. Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
