Sr. Recruiter-H Hiring (India)

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling lateral, support and contract hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment - C2H for clients , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies. - Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements: - Proven experience as an C2H Recruiter, with solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
