We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Store Coordinator to manage dispatch operations, transportation coordination, material tracking, and logistics documentation while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to project sites. - Coordinate dispatch and transportation of materials to project sites. Track materials from dispatch until successful site delivery, ensuring 95% on-time delivery . - Maintain logistics documentation, including LR, E-way Bills, and Proof of Delivery (POD). Prepare and complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) within 24 hours of material receipt. Perform material reconciliation and ensure zero transit loss . - Share daily dispatch updates and coordinate with transporters, vendors, stores, and site teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. - Logistics and transport coordination - Material tracking and inventory management - Documentation management (LR, E-way Bill, POD, GRN) - Material reconciliation and reporting - Strong communication and coordination skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability - B.E. in Electrical Engineering. - 12 years of experience in logistics, stores, dispatch, or supply chain operations. - Experience in an EPC firm is preferred. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. - Only candidates with relevant experience in logistics and dispatch coordination should apply.
