At this time a Claims Adjuster II is needed to process inbound claim contacts from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, contract reputed company, etc. reputed company applicable channels.The Claims Adjuster II position offers a work from home/remote opportunity, unless commuting to a reputed company office location that is reputed company reasonable commuting distance. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST or equivalent if reputed company CST time zone. Functions and Responsibilities:80% of time: Process queue contacts from the claims queues, email and or chat channels from dealers, repair facilities, sales/agents as reputed company as reputed company customers.10% of time: Process various requests from managers and reputed company adjuster. Correspond with various vendors throughout the claim adjudication process as needed.10% of time: Other duties as assigned, delegated by management.
