Store Executive

Job DescriptionRole & responsibilities We are looking for someone to supervise, manage and organise the equipment and inventory owned by VBL. Your role will involve taking end-to-end ownership of the entire asset and inventory management process. The main objective of this role will be to monitor and report on our asset movements and inventory levels. You will be responsible for managing the tracking systems, reviewing levels of consumables, ensuring equipment is correctly checked in and out of the system, and performing regular analysis (SAP). Devising ways to optimize inventory and asset control procedures.Recording entry of new assets, assets or inventory being checked in or out and maintenance logs.Supporting the Operations team with project planning and logistics.Reporting on asset or inventory related issues being logged on a regular basis.Maintaining the Store physical conditions (general cleanliness and organization), layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization.Safeguarding contents by establishing procedures and protocols for proper storage and fulfillment practices.Carrying out regular audit checks for assets and inventories to track system performance and effectiveness. .
