Team Lead (Borivali Candidates Preferred)

Position: Team Leader, Sales Location: Borivali East, Mumbai Company: Ultima Specialty Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. JOB ROLE Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor daily sales activities, provide regular performance feedback, and ensure productivity and discipline within the team. Business Development Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, customer visits, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive team performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Support the team in customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and successful order closures while maximising revenue and profitability. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Conduct daily review meetings, prepare sales reports, monitor sales pipelines, and present performance updates to management. Analyse sales trends, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance team performance. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Purchase, Import, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards. Qualification Required Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) Experience: 58 years in B2B sales with at least 2 years of team-handling experience. Experience in speciality chemicals, pharmaceutical chemicals, industrial chemicals, or related industries will be preferred.
