Role Description The Chartered Accountancy Faculty will deliver classroom lectures, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions for CA aspirants in the Greater Chennai Area. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials and presentations, and covering the CA syllabus in a structured, exam-oriented manner. The faculty will regularly evaluate learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback, and provide guidance on exam strategies and professional development. The role involves coordinating with academic coordinators for scheduling, maintaining discipline and engagement in the classroom, and staying updated with changes in CA curriculum and examination patterns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. Qualifications Strong academic background in Chartered Accountancy or related fields (CA qualified; additional degrees such as CMA, CS, MBA in Finance are an advantage).Demonstrated expertise in core CA subjects such as Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and Corporate Law.Proven teaching, training, or mentoring experience, preferably with CA, CMA, or other professional exam coaching institutes.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.Ability to design lesson plans, develop study materials, and use modern teaching tools, including digital content and classroom technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to academic integrity.Capacity to manage classroom dynamics, motivate learners, and provide constructive feedback and exam guidance.Willingness to work full time on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, with flexibility for evening or weekend batches when required. .
