Were Hiring: HVAC Sales Team Lead (Remote) A Hiring Group is looking for a hands-on, results-driven HVAC Sales Team Lead to manage daily operations, drive team performance, and improve sales outcomes. This role is for someone who can own KPIs, lead from the front, and consistently deliver revenue growth. What Youll Do: Lead, coach, and manage a KPI-driven HVAC sales team Monitor performance (Revenue, Closing Ratio, Profitability, ADL) Optimize lead distribution and sales workflows Identify bottlenecks and implement fast, effective solutions Support team members in improving conversion and ticket size Handle escalations from clients and contractors Run check-ins and performance reviews Drive accountability and consistent sales performance What Were Looking For: 3+ years in Team Lead / Supervisory roles Experience managing sales teams (HVAC or home services strongly preferred) Strong understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics Hands-on leader with strong execution mindset Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards Strong problem-solving and communication skills English & Russian Advanced Success in This Role: Higher closing rates, increased revenue, improved team performance, reduced lost leads, and strong operational control.
