Position: Assistant Manager Accounts Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Educational Qualification: CA / CA (Intermediate) MBA (Finance) B.Com / M.Com Key Responsibilities: Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Perform bank reconciliations and oversee vendor accounts and payments. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and preparation of MIS reports. Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial controls. Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial analysis and reports for management decision-making. Desired Skills: Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in bank reconciliation, vendor management, and audit coordination. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines with accuracy. .
