Remote Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

Automatiq is a leading all-in-one software platform in the live event ticketing world, and they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst. In this role, you will manage the companys cash flow by monitoring outstanding receivables and driving timely collections, requiring strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. ResponsibilitiesManage and track outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams, including the invoicing of adjustmentsConduct proactive outreach to brokers and marketplace partners to resolve outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, escalate delinquent accounts as neededDevelop and maintain AR aging reports, dashboards and KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve receivables issues, enhance reporting accuracy and automation, and support system integrations and ERP-related enhancementsPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Finance leadershipSkills 2-5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections roleStrong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and collections strategiesExperience with MS Office suite (Excel)Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote first environmentBA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experienceHave experience working in the sports and entertainment ticketing industry, a marketplace technology company and/or startup environmentsExperience with NetSuite and High Radius is a strong plusCompany Overview Following the merger of Broker Genius industry-leading dynamic price automation technology and Seat Scouts industry-leading ticket distribution technology in December of 2020, Automatiq was formed in June of 2022 to solidify the unification of these two companies.
