Job Functions: Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents. Reviews/Scrubs reputed company loan packages prior to loan delivery Delivering reputed company loan packages and full submission package to the specified investors reputed company company time frames pending on delegation. Monitors the status of loans submitted to investors in order to facilitate their purchase reputed company the timeframe Obtains, researches and provides required purchase clearing conditions to various investors utilizing their websites/systems Work with other departments reputed company reputed company to get issues and/or conditions cleared for purchase Occasional trouble shooting with compliance and or our investors Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and NON QM programs Pull and work daily reports Liaise between Operations and Investor contacts to ensure loans are purchased in a reputed company manner Follow up on trailing documents such as the final title policy and recorded reputed company reputed company to complete the loan file. Cross train to back-up other areas of the department.
