About the Role We are looking for an experienced FP&A Delivery Excellence Lead to establish and lead the Delivery Excellence function within a rapidly growing FP&A Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for driving governance, quality, productivity, operational excellence, risk management, and AI-enabled transformation while supporting the organization's expansion from 100+ to 1,000+ finance professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GCC, GBS, or BPO environments with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
