The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric while delivering interactive Power BI dashboards, scalable semantic models, and enterprise-grade BI solutions. Role Overview Design and optimize end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Responsibilities include data ingestion, transformation, modeling, orchestration and visualization, with Power BI serving as the primary reporting platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Build semantic models, DAX measures, calculated columns and Power Query transformations. Develop Microsoft Fabric Data Factory Pipelines, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, OneLake and Semantic Models. Implement ETL/ELT processes and integrate SQL Server, Azure, ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel and APIs. Optimize report performance and troubleshoot Fabric workloads and Power BI reports. Deliver actionable business insights and follow governance and deployment best practices. Required Skills 4+ years of Power BI development. Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling and Report Development. Hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Pipelines, Semantic Models). Strong SQL, ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Good to Have Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, PySpark, CI/CD, ERP experience, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI certifications.
