This is a performance-focused role where you will directly contribute to expanding our team while gaining valuable industry experience. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.Coordinating and scheduling interview rounds with hiring managers.Maintaining candidate pipelines and applicant tracking records.Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies across platforms.Engaging potential candidates and managing initial communication.Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.Familiarity with recruitment tools and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.Self-motivated and driven by performance goals.Compensation & Incentives Fixed Completion Bonus: A fixed cash reward paid upon successful completion of the 2-3 month internship/training period.Performance Incentives: Additional performance-based payout per successful hire/milestone achieved.Certificate of Completion: Official internship certificate and LinkedIn recommendation upon successful completion.Hands-on Experience: Practical exposure to real-world talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. .
