We're Hiring: Senior Growth Recruiter High-Volume Freelance Hiring (India) Scale AI is expanding aggressively across Generative AI and we need a recruiter who delivers hiring at scale. This role is built on numbers, throughput, and execution. Your mandate: design and run the funnels that onboard high volumes of freelance contributors across India to train and evaluate the world's leading AI models. Not a fit for everyone. If you don't have strong experience in mass hiring, campus placements, and driving volume at speed this isn't your role. Interviews will focus strictly on measurable outcomes: hires/month, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and mass-hiring initiatives. What You'll Own Mass Hiring at Scale Bulk freelance onboarding across Coding, Mathematics & STEM through standardized funnels. Campus Placements Structured hiring drives and fresher-intake programs with Tier-1 colleges across India. Volume-Driven Freelance Hiring Repeatable systems to recruit large pools of technical contributors (gig/marketplace experience a big plus). Funnel Management & Metrics Own every stage: sourcing screening assessment offer conversion.
