Role Description The Senior Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective distribution and transportation services. This full-time, on-site role based in Patna involves managing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving operational issues to maintain service quality. The person in this role will optimize routes and processes, support resource planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. They will also contribute to process improvements, maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and support the implementation of technology-driven operational initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience managing daily logistics or distribution activities. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and customers and handle escalations professionally. Candidates should ideally have experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries, along with familiarity with technology-enabled operations tools. A bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a supervisory or senior operations role is an advantage. .
