Process Coordinator

Job Title: Process Coordinator Company: Vinayka jewellery Location: MI Road /Mansrover Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Job Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Process Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor staff workflows, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure that all daily work is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and a strong ability to communicate with team members. Candidates with prior experience in the jewelry industry will be given top preference. Key Responsibilities Task Monitoring: Regularly follow up with staff members to track the progress and completion status of their assigned work. Coordination: Act as a bridge between team members and management to ensure there are no delays in daily operations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, basic daily reports of pending and completed tasks. Data Entry: Utilize basic computer software to update task statuses, manage emails, and track operational data. Issue Resolution: Identify any bottlenecks preventing staff from finishing their work and report them to management. Requirements & Qualifications Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge is required (familiarity with MS Office, Excel/Spreadsheets, and Email). Communication: Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills to effectively coordinate with staff. Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate daily records. Industry Preference: Prior experience working in the jewelry industry is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.
