Prepare and maintain detailed clinical documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Ensure accurate recording of patient history, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and physician notes. Maintain confidentiality of patient health information. Apply strong medical terminology knowledge while documenting clinical encounters. Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams.
