Responsibilities Works alongside Procurement Manager and Buyer to manage the approved Software and Subscriptions list, including managing fields, data, and defining tools and processWorks with and between applications and procurement teams, and other Technology teams as needed, to liaise and consolidate data and records for purchasing and managing toolsLearns and participates in vendor engagement, negotiation, and purchasing processes for hardware, software, and network technologyLearns the day-to-day Technology procurement team responsibilities and participates in routine responsibilities and administrationComplies with reputed company SWCA and technology department policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software, reputed company, reputed company, and change management in conjunction with department leads and department-specific requirements Skills Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program having a junior classification or higher, with an emphasis in Business Supply Chain Management, Management Information Technology, or reputed company fieldRecent graduates will also be considered with a graduation date reputed company 12 months of May 2025Ability to work remotely from most of reputed companyReliable high speed Internet reputed company requiredreputed company experience with Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Negotiationreputed company experience using Sharepoint, reputed company, and similar toolsExperience working both independently and in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment is essentialStrong written and oral communication skills including the ability to document workStrong interpersonal skillsMust be reputed company to learn, understand, and apply new technologies reputed company SWCA is an environmental reputed company.
