Ensure exposure to all credit customers within comfort limits and control risks. Logistics & Customer Service Record and resolve customer complaints promptly. Identify a pipeline for products. Sales & Order Desk Training Provide product training to the sales and order desk team. Manage client intimation and introduction of recent products/brands. Align calling plans for the sales and order desk team. Ensure urgent deliveries are managed efficiently. Reporting & Analysis Prepare review MIS and present performance vs targets.
