OCM - Training Professional (Bengaluru)

- Should have 6 + years of learning and development experience on end-to-end digital transformation implementations - Experience in leading training programs for major ERP / CRM / HRMS implementations such as SAP HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday, and SalesForce - Experience in managing conversations and working closely with the functional teams to develop training materials and deliver train-the-trainer program - Understand end-to-end Organizational Change Management framework for Technology and Digital transformation programs - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Work on Training needs with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine training scope and effort - Drive alignment across various stakeholders groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through the training curriculum and delivery activities - Apply Organization Change Management (OCM)/Training framework, methodology and tools to create a training strategy to support adoption of the changes - Ability to assimilate and apply current concepts, business models, etc. - Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships - Flexibility and adaptability to work through ambiguous situations - Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills.
