Compiles, investigates and examines reputed company and tax records to determine liabilities and reputed company condition of the title and insurability of primarily reputed company or industrial property title. Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures. Works under general supervision and impacts own team through reputed company of support provided. Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred 3+ years of reputed company work experience Familiar with Data reputed company, Title Data, Title reputed company, ResWare, Aim+, ATS, Digital Reel, TitleWorks or reputed company is a plus.
